Without a portal, the search lives in your inbox

"Any updates on the role?"

Clients ask because they can't see anything. You stop sourcing to write a status email.

Resumes lost in threads

The candidate you sent two weeks ago is buried under replies, forwards and a different subject line.

Feedback that never arrives

The hiring manager read the profile, mentioned it in a meeting, and nobody wrote it down for you.

How it works

From shortlist to feedback in four steps

  1. 01

    Invite your client

Invite the hiring managers of each client by email. They set a password from the invite link, or sign in with Google using the invited address.

  2. 02

    Share candidates from your pipeline

Pick the candidate, choose which documents go along and add a note. Nothing reaches the client until you share it.

  3. 03

    Your client reviews and comments

They see each candidate's profile and current stage, and leave feedback in a thread with your team. Their internal discussion stays in a separate tab.

  4. 04

You get notified and move the search

When the client comments, your team gets an in-app notification and an email. You move the candidate forward and the client sees the new stage.

You decide what the client sees

The portal shows what you share and keeps your internal work internal.

Your client sees

  • Only the candidates you share, on the jobs they're invited to
  • Name, current title, company and location
  • Contact details and LinkedIn profile
  • Summary, skills and the documents you choose to include
  • The candidate's current stage and who shared them

Your client never sees

  • Candidates you haven't shared
  • Current and expected salary
  • Your internal notes and internal threads
  • Candidate source, owner and tags
  • Your pipeline controls: only your team moves candidates between stages

Built for how agencies and clients work together

Invite-only access

Each client only gets in with an invitation from your agency. No public links to forward.

Their team, their roles

Your client can invite colleagues from the same company email domain. Their admins decide who else is an admin.

Threads per candidate and per job

Feedback stays attached to the candidate or the search it's about, not scattered across email.

New searches from the client

Clients can open a new search in the portal, upload the job description and invite you. You accept or decline.

Notifications that reach people

In-app notifications plus emails for new messages, newly shared candidates and @mentions, on both sides.

Works on the phone

Hiring managers can review a candidate between meetings, with a navigation bar made for mobile.

Free for your clients. No seats used.

The client portal is included with Recruiting ATS. Your clients don't pay, don't need a plan and never count toward your seats, so you can invite every hiring manager who should see a candidate.

Client portal questions

Do my clients pay for the portal?

No. The portal is included with your Recruiting ATS seats and is free for your clients. Client users don't count toward your seats.

How do clients sign in?

You invite them by email. They set a password from the invite link, which is valid for 7 days, or sign in with Google using the same address you invited.

Can clients see candidate salaries?

No. Current and expected salary are hidden in the portal. Clients do see the salary range you entered on their own job.

Can clients move candidates between stages?

No. Clients see each candidate's stage, but only your team can change it.

Can I stop sharing a candidate?

Yes. You can unshare a candidate at any time and they disappear from the client's portal.

Is the portal white-label?

Not today. The portal shows the Recruiting ATS brand together with your client's company name.

Can several people from the same client use it?

Yes. Anyone on your client's team can invite colleagues who use the same company email domain. Only their admins can make someone else an admin.
