How seats work
One seat per recruiter
Every person on your agency's team who signs in uses a seat. You buy the seats you need and assign them when you invite teammates.
Clients don't use seats
Hiring managers you invite to the client portal are free and never count toward your seats.

Start alone or with your team. Add or remove seats from your billing settings. Need more than 10? Email us.

Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You get 7 days with full access and no card. If you want to keep going after the trial, you pick your seats and add a card from the billing page.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don't subscribe, your workspace is locked until you do. Your data isn't deleted: subscribe and you're back where you left off.
Is there an annual contract?
No. Recruiting ATS is billed monthly and there is no annual plan today. You can cancel whenever you want.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription stays active, with full access, until the end of the period you already paid for. You can export candidates, jobs, clients and contacts to CSV at any time.
Do my clients pay for the client portal?
No. The client portal is included and your clients use it for free. Client users don't count toward your seats.
Can I add or remove seats later?
Yes. You manage seats from the billing settings. The online plan goes from 1 to 10 seats; for more than 10, email us.
Is the app available in Spanish?
Not yet. The app is in English today. The website is available in English and Spanish.
