How we write

Our guides, glossary and templates are written for owners and recruiters at boutique agencies. Here is who writes them and how we check them.

Who writes

Everything in the blog, the glossary and the templates is published by the Recruiting ATS team, the people who build the product. We don't publish guest posts, sponsored articles or paid placements.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to research and draft. A draft isn't published until it has been checked against our rules: one clear topic per page, something the reader can use (an example, a template, a checklist), and nothing stated as fact without a source.

Every page is checked again after it's written: against our product, against the sources it cites, and for writing that sounds generic or automated. We keep running those checks after a page is live and fix what they find.

Facts and numbers

We don't invent statistics, survey results, salaries or market averages. When a page uses data, it links to the source and says when we checked it. When a page needs numbers to explain something, they are labeled as an example.

Pay data for the United States comes from official sources such as the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Legal and tax topics link to official texts and are general information, not legal or tax advice.

Our product and other tools

When we mention Recruiting ATS, we only describe what the product does today. When we mention other tools, we only state what their own public pages say, with a link and the month we checked. We never claim a competitor lacks a feature.

Corrections

If you find a mistake, email us and we'll fix it. When a page changes in a meaningful way, its "Updated" date changes too.
